Individual Therapy
Rate: $50 - $100
Do you find yourself carrying the weight of everything around you while struggling to make space for yourself? Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or exhausted from trying to hold it all together on your own.
I support individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and the effects of painful childhood experiences, including emotional neglect, boundary violations, and environments where they felt unable to express their authentic selves. Together, we can explore how these experiences may continue to shape your relationships, emotions, and connection with yourself today.

About Chelsea.
Having experienced the profound impact of loss and grief, I understand how deeply these moments can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the complexity of what people carry and the importance of having a space where those experiences can be met with compassion and understanding.

I believe that the stories we hold, including the relationships and experiences that have shaped us, influence the ways we move through life and connect with others. I bring curiosity, warmth, and openness into my work, creating space to explore the parts of your story that may feel difficult to understand, express, or share.
Outside The Therapy Room.
Outside of the therapy room, I am chasing one of three things: fresh air, good coffee, or meaningful connection with my community. Nature has always been where I feel most grounded. Whether I'm hiking, watching a sunset, or simply taking in a quiet moment outdoors, I appreciate the way nature invites us to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. I bring that same appreciation for presence, curiosity, and authenticity into my work as a therapist.

My Approach.
In therapy, we'll work together to better understand the emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be shaping your current struggles. We'll create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Below are some of the modalities I draw from in practice:
Psychodynamic Therapy
A form of talk therapy that focuses on understanding how your past experiences, especially early relationships and patterns, continue to shape how you think, feel, and relate to others today.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A therapeutic approach that understands the mind as made up of different “parts,” each carrying its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. IFS therapy helps you gently get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion.
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
An approach that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It helps you notice unhelpful thinking patterns and gently challenge them to respond to situations in more balanced and effective ways.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
ACT supports changing your relationship to internal experiences such as anxiety, self-doubt, or painful memories. It helps build a life that feels aligned with what matters most, even in the presence of discomfort.
