PRACTICUM STUDENTS

WEEKLY
MEETINGS
We offer weekly meetings designed to support you throughout your practicum journey. These sessions are separate from formal supervision and provide a space to explore clinical challenges and gain practical tools to enhance your work with clients.

PAID
SUPERVISION
Our practicum students receive a weekly honorarium intended to support access to external supervision. This allows you greater freedom and flexibility in choosing a supervisor who aligns with your clinical interests and learning goals.

FLEXIBLE
SCHEDULING
As a fully virtual practicum site, we offer the freedom to set a schedule that works best for you. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, or weekends, we’ll work together to help you find a rhythm that supports both your learning and your life outside of practice.
AND EVEN MORE!
At Racco Psychotherapy, our goal is to help you become an exceptional clinician. In addition to everything you've already read, we offer paid training opportunities to support your professional growth. These trainings cover a range of topics, including gender- and queer-affirming care, couples therapy (for those who wish to pursue it), and therapeutic frameworks such as psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
