About Megan. (she/her)
Are you someone who cares deeply for others, often putting their needs before your own? You may find yourself in relationships that leave you feeling drained or unfulfilled. You want to change, but aren’t sure how.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I invite all parts of you forward, taking a calm, intuitive, and reflective approach to help you understand where these patterns come from and reconnect with the parts of you that need care. Together, we work toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional ease in your everyday life.
I draw on psychodynamic and somatic approaches to support healing, and use a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My focus is on creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools to move forward.
Healing begins in connection, both with yourself and with support. Because of this, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore whether my services are a good fit for you.
